Job Overview:
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and skilled Maintenance Engineer to join our client's team in Featherstone, West Yorkshire. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the efficiency and reliability of production equipment, minimizing downtime, and optimizing overall plant performance.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong background in electrical or mechanical engineering, holding an NVQ Level 3 qualification and experience working in a similar environment. Responsibilities include:

* Conducting routine maintenance tasks on production equipment to prevent breakdowns and ensure optimal performance
* Troubleshooting issues with machinery and implementing corrective actions to minimize downtime
* Developing and implementing preventative maintenance plans to reduce the risk of equipment failure
