Job Overview
Ernest Gordon Recruitment is seeking a skilled Mobile Plant Engineer to join our team in Glasgow, Scotland. As a key member of our operations, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our plant equipment, diagnosing and resolving technical issues, and maintaining a high level of productivity.

Key Responsibilities
• Diagnose and repair plant equipment, including quarrying and construction machinery
• Perform routine maintenance tasks to prevent equipment downtime
• Collaborate with colleagues to achieve operational goals and objectives
• Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity

Requirements
• Proven experience in plant maintenance or a related field
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
