Maintenance Technician

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Operative to join our team at Tenpin Ltd. As a key member of our site's maintenance team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out routine maintenance tasks to ensure the upkeep of our equipment and facilities
• Identify and diagnose faults, and perform repairs and adjustments as necessary
• Assist with painting and decorating, as well as low-level decoration and repair of damaged walls or skirting
• Undertake other duties commensurate with the responsibilities of the role and any other reasonable management request

Requirements

• Knowledge and experience in a similar maintenance role
• Experience of painting, decorating, plumbing, and non-electrical maintenance
• Excellent attention to detail and a positive attitude
• Good communication skills and self-motivation
