Job Opportunity: Early Years Educator

We are seeking a passionate and ambitious Early Years Educator to join our team at Storal, a group of nurseries across England. Our vision is to create a nurturing environment for children and educators alike, built around high standards, teamwork, and growth.

About the Role:

  • Develop and implement high-quality teaching programs under the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework to encourage a love of learning in children.
  • Ensure the safety and well-being of all children, providing rich and stimulating experiences that foster their development.
  • Build strong relationships with the educator team to create an inspiring and collaborative working environment.

About You:

  • Hold a Level 3 or above qualification in child development.
  • Have a minimum of 6 months' experience as an Early Years Educator or working with children under the age of 5.
  • Have knowledge and understanding of the EYFS framework.
  • Embody the Storal values of responsibility, openness, and teamwork.

  • A competitive salary range of £23,920 - £27,622.40 FTE (pro-rata for part-time hours) based on experience and qualifications.
