A highly skilled Mechanic is required to join our team at Manchester.
About the Role:
This position plays a vital role in ensuring our aircraft are maintained to the highest standards, minimizing delays and ensuring safe operations.
Main Responsibilities:
- Carry out maintenance on all Jet2.com aircraft safely, efficiently, and on time.
- Perform defect rectification and routine servicing as directed by Licenced Engineers and Crew Chiefs.
- Ensure tasks are carried out according to CAA requirements and regulations.
- Be available for Aircraft on Ground (AOG) recovery at short notice.
Requirements:
- Operational background in aircraft maintenance with experience working on commercial aircraft.
- Familiarity with Boeing and Airbus would be advantageous.
- Full working knowledge of Health & Safety requirements, excellent attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
