Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Utilities Technician to join our team at our Worthing site. As a Utilities Technician, you will be responsible for monitoring and operating the Utilities plant, ensuring the satisfactory operation of the wastewater treatment plant, and maintaining a high level of 5S throughout the Utilities area.

About the Role

  • Monitor Utilities owned areas and take ownership of any issues that arise, following the appropriate escalation route.
  • Manage and complete the weekly maintenance plan, with direction from the Team Leader.
  • Uphold behaviours and culture in line with the site code of conduct.
  • Identify, contribute, and participate in Continuous Improvement processes.
  • Support the team to develop and maintain effective Team Working.
  • Personally complete assigned Planned Maintenance and Corrective Maintenance Tasks.

Requirements

  • Computer Literate (Microsoft Word, Excel, and Emails).
  • Team Player.
  • Professionalism in job completion.
  • Ability to co-ordinate.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Strong communication skills.
