We are seeking a skilled Garage Door Repair Technician to join our team at Access Garage Doors Ltd. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for repairing and maintaining residential garage doors and associated products in the Croydon and surrounding areas.
Key Responsibilities
- Repair and maintain residential garage doors and associated products
- Work independently and as part of a team to achieve sales and customer satisfaction targets
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction
- Conduct site visits to assess and repair garage doors and associated products
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment
Requirements
- Practical manual skills and experience in a similar role
- Clean driving licence – a maximum of 3 points is acceptable
- Ability to work alone and in a team environment
- Good communication skills and a friendly, presentable, and professional manner
- Trustworthy and reliable
Desirable Qualifications
- Experience working in the Home Improvements/Construction Industry/Double Glazing/Motor Trade etc.
- Own hand and power tools
