**Job Description:**

We are seeking an experienced Learning and Behaviour Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will support children with mental health issues, using a resilient approach and adapting to challenging behaviour.

The ideal candidate will maintain a positive learning environment for pupils with additional SEMH needs, developing their learning and social skills through targeted support.

  • Provide individualised support to pupils with SEMH needs
  • Develop and implement strategies to promote learning and social skills
  • Maintain accurate records of pupil progress
  • Collaborate with teachers and other professionals to ensure effective support

Requirements:

• Right to work in the UK and overseas criminal clearance

• Relevant qualifications and experience in supporting children with SEMH needs

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Estimated Salary: £22,000 - £28,000 per annum

Job Requirements:

• Ability to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities

• Strong organisational and time management skills

• Commitment to providing high-quality support to pupils with SEMH needs
