You'll manage both hardware and software elements, ensuring seamless installations of self-service kiosks, server infrastructure, and networking systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead and manage the installation of digital solutions at new customer sites.
  2. Provide on-site support, ensuring smooth installation and operation of products.
  3. Offer high-quality customer service and training on technical products.
  4. Ensure health and safety compliance during all installations.

Requirements:

  1. Proven experience as a field engineer in IT systems and networks.
  2. Familiarity with retail or QSR installations, particularly self-service kiosks or similar systems.
  3. Hands-on experience with Cat 5/Cat 6 network installations and basic power tool usage.
  4. A full UK driving licence with no previous bans.
  5. Strong customer service and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Benefits:

  1. Starting salary of £29,000, increasing to £31,000 after a successful 3-month probation period.

This is a full-time role, offering a flexible work pattern with some overnight stays required, based on business needs.
