Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced RICS registered Residential Surveyor to join our team at Countrywide Surveying Services. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for undertaking lender and private valuation work, including L2 surveys, and providing detailed knowledge of building construction and pathology.
Key Responsibilities
- Undertake lender and private valuation work, including L2 surveys
- Provide detailed knowledge of building construction and pathology
- Develop strong risk awareness of a regulatory environment
Requirements
- Assoc RICS, MRICS or FRICS qualification
- Registered Valuer with RICS or eligible
- Post-qualification experience in buy-to-let, leasehold and HMO is preferred but not essential
