Job Opportunity: We are looking for a motivated Business Development Specialist to aid expansion and growth. This role is an exciting opportunity to generate new business with Industrial and Driving clients, offering solutions in local and wider areas.

About the Role: As a Sales and Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for generating new business, offering solutions to clients, and meeting sales targets. You will work closely with our team to achieve results-driven objectives.

Key Skills: To succeed in this role, you will need excellent communication skills, business-to-business sales experience (minimum 1 year), cold call and sell services by telephone and face-to-face, organised and able to multi-task, PC literate (Word and Excel), excellent customer service, target driven and motivated, and a full driving licence with access to your own vehicle.
