Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Development: Develop and maintain client relationships to drive business growth.
  • Talent Sourcing: Source skilled professionals to meet the demands of our clients.
  • Recruitment Process Management: Manage the entire recruitment process, ensuring seamless delivery.
The Ideal Candidate:
  • Professional Experience: A strong understanding of the permanent recruitment process and a proven track record of success.
What We Offer:
  • Competitive Salary: £28k-£40k per annum (DOE), with an OTE of £60K-£80K in the first year, set to increase after one year of billing.
