Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Advanced Care Practitioner to join our team at Whittington Health NHS Trust. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will be responsible for providing senior clinical support to patients on our ward. With your expertise in advanced clinical practice, you will collaborate closely with consultants, GPs, pharmacists, nurses, therapists, and healthcare support workers to deliver high-quality, person-centered care.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:
  1. Providing senior clinical support to patients on our ward
  2. Collaborating closely with consultants, GPs, pharmacists, nurses, therapists, and healthcare support workers to deliver high-quality, person-centered care
  3. Responding to emergencies and assessing deteriorating patients

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:
  • A First degree or equivalent professional qualification
  • Current professional registration
  • MSc in Advanced Clinical Practice
  • Non-Medical prescribing qualification
  • Evidence of ongoing continuing professional development

Salary

The estimated salary for this position is £50,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience. This is a competitive salary that reflects the importance of this role in delivering high-quality patient care.
