Salary Information

The estimated salary for this position ranges from £40,000 to £60,000 per annum, depending on experience.

About the Job

This role involves carrying out repairs and maintenance to social housing properties, ensuring all work is undertaken to a high standard with minimal supervision. You will take ownership of your work, aiming for a 'first time fix' on all jobs, while remaining within budget and time parameters.

You will operate within company health and safety guidelines and remain up-to-date with technical and legal requirements of your skill areas.

This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about delivering high-quality work and willing to go the extra mile.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • NVQ/qualifications in relation to plumbing as per Fortem's minimum qualifications
  • A full, clean driving license
