  • Preparation of management accounts within a four-day timeframe from month-end.
  • Conducting thorough balance sheet reviews and resolving queries for multiple entities.
  • Overseeing the annual audit process and maintaining accurate audit files.
  • Effective management of intercompany reconciliations and associated communications.
  • Timely submission of statutory reports, including VAT, ONS, and PSA returns.
  • Production of cash forecasts and projections.
  • Supervision of accounts payable, vendor reviews, and query resolutions.
  • Creation of management information reports, such as billing and bonus reports.
  • Ad-hoc financial tasks as required.

About the Ideal Candidate

We are looking for a fully qualified accountant (ACCA/CIMA) with extensive management accounting experience and a proven track record in audits, statutory reporting, and accounts payable. Strong Microsoft Excel skills, familiarity with accounting software, and excellent communication abilities are essential. A proactive and flexible individual who can work efficiently under pressure and engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels is ideal.
