EMEA Accounting Manager

At JFrog, we're looking for a highly skilled EMEA Accounting Manager to join our finance team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of accounting operations, implementing accounting policies, and ensuring statutory compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all aspects of accounting operations, including financial reporting, journal entries, and account reconciliations.
  • Collaborate with other departments to address financial implications of business initiatives.
  • Establish and implement consistent accounting policies and practices.
  • Ensure statutory compliance, including local statutory audits and tax filings.
  • Responsible for statutory reporting and US GAAP to STAT GAAP reconciliation.
  • Work with external professional service providers on auditing and tax compliance-related projects.

Requirements:

  • Native English with a high level of French.
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field; CPA or equivalent professional certification.
  • A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in high-tech companies.
  • Experience with ERP systems, Netsuite with multibook enabled a plus.
  • Knowledge of US GAAP and French GAAP.
  • Proven knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles, practices, standards, laws, and regulations.
  • Highly organized, detailed-oriented, and able to work with minimal supervision.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
