About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated individual to lead our residential real estate team in Bristol. As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for building and managing a team of conveyancers, providing technical guidance and support, and driving business growth through new connections and existing relationships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the residential real estate team in Bristol, including building a team around you and ensuring the adoption and deployment of the wider residential real estate business plan.
  • Develop and implement a Bristol business plan to drive business growth and expansion.
  • Provide a vital interface between team members and the management of the overall team.
  • Manage day-to-day operations, including recruitment, performance management, staff absences, and holidays.
  • Instil the Birketts' culture and brand signatures and values throughout the team.
  • Be the initial point of escalation for client feedback and complaints handling.
  • Oversee and be responsible for the training of junior team members.
Requirements

We are looking for an experienced Residential Real Estate Team Leader with a strong academic background and a proven ability to meet the demands of high-value conveyancing. You should have a flexible approach to work, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team.
