Job Title: Interim Finance Director

We are seeking an experienced Interim Finance Director to join our team at EASYWEBRECRUITMENT. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for leading the development and performance of financial strategies that enable long-term financial sustainability and efficient operations of the organisation.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and performance of financial strategies
  • Implement and develop financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting
  • Advise the CEO and Board on financial strategies
  • Manage financial risk and ensure compliance with tax and accounting regulations

Requirements:

  • Experience working at FD level with in-depth knowledge of financial and operational management
  • Strategic thinker with experience in collaborative strategy development
  • Innovative and curious with the ability to find strategic solutions
  • Fully qualified finance professional (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent)
  • Understanding of ecommerce and distribution is highly desirable
