About the Role

We are seeking a qualified Social Worker with experience in Criminal Justice to join our team at Randstad Care. As a Criminal Justice Social Worker, you will be responsible for working with individuals who are involved in the criminal justice system, providing support and guidance to help them achieve their goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and manage statutory court orders
  • Manage a caseload of clients, conducting assessments and reviews as necessary
  • Write court reports and provide written evidence to support clients
  • Work collaboratively with other professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes for clients
Requirements
  • Degree in Social Work or equivalent qualification
  • Experience of working in Criminal Justice, with a strong understanding of the relevant laws and policies
  • Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to work flexibly and independently
  • Member of the Scottish Social Services Council (SSSC)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
