Care Support Assistant

We are seeking a Care Support Assistant to provide person-centred support to individuals living at our bespoke development in Warwickshire. At this Learning Disability Service, we support people in their own tenancies by delivering a modern, comfortable, and safe environment for individuals to thrive within.
The successful candidate will work to maximise the sense of wellbeing and independence of the tenants through tailored, ongoing care and support. They will promote independence at every step, enabling individuals to enjoy a fulfilling and valued life.
We are looking for candidates from all walks of life who are passionate about providing person-centred care and support. No previous care experience is needed, just a willingness to work in a bright, friendly environment. Full training is provided by our Creative Support Training Academy.
