We are seeking a seasoned professional to fill the role of Children and Young People's Service Operations Manager, responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our children and young people's service. The successful candidate will be accountable for managing a team of dedicated professionals, ensuring seamless delivery of care and support to our clients.
Key responsibilities include:
  1. Developing and implementing service strategies to meet the evolving needs of children, young people, and their families.
  2. Leading the development of new business opportunities and partnerships.
  3. Maintaining stakeholder relationships and engagement.
  4. Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and organisational policies.
In exchange for your expertise and leadership, we offer a highly competitive salary range of £55,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience. Furthermore, you will enjoy:
