About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Carpentry Trainer to join our team. The successful candidate will have a Level 3/Advanced Craft qualification in Carpentry or an equivalent qualification, as well as strong occupational competence and a relevant skill set in carpentry.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. To deliver high-quality training sessions to students, focusing on carpentry skills and techniques.
  2. To assess student progress and provide constructive feedback, helping them to improve their skills and achieve their goals.
  3. To maintain accurate records of student attendance, progress, and achievements.
  4. To contribute to the development of new training programs and materials, ensuring they are relevant and engaging for students.
