Responsibilities:
- Create and implement engaging lesson plans that cater to diverse learning styles
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement school-wide initiatives that promote inclusion and diversity
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and communicate regularly with parents and guardians
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Special Education or related field
- Valid teaching certification or license
- At least 2 years of experience working with students with special educational needs
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
