Procurement Specialist

**Job Summary:** We are seeking a skilled Quantity Surveyor to join our team at ARC Group. The successful candidate will have a strong background in quantity surveying and excellent communication skills.

This is a permanent position, and we offer a competitive salary of £45,000 - £65,000 per annum, plus a comprehensive benefits package.

The successful candidate will be responsible for undertaking all quantity surveying duties on their contracts, including directing and controlling all financial and legal aspects of the construction contract to ensure profitability. They will also be expected to work closely with the contract team to manage the design on a design and build contract and establish a procurement strategy in line with the time requirements of the operational and design deliverables for the project.

Key Responsibilities:

• To undertake all quantity surveying duties on your contracts.
• To direct and control all financial and legal aspects of your construction contract ensuring that it is profitable.
