Lead Technician Position

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Lead Motor Vehicle Technician to join our team at Bridgestone Americas, Inc. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing complex automotive systems, including drivability and electrical systems. You will also utilize your leadership and mentoring skills to drive a team toward increased customer care and satisfaction.

Our company offers a performance-based compensation model, allowing you to earn a competitive estimated salary of $70,000 - $90,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications. Additionally, you will enjoy continuous paid formal training to stay current with the latest automotive technology.

About the Job
  • Diagnose and repair brake and hydraulic, exhaust, primary and/or advanced fuel ignition and electrical, suspension and alignment, air conditioning and computer systems.
  • Adequately explain technical diagnoses and needed repairs.
  • Stay current with automotive technology through continuous paid formal training.

Requirements
  • Valid driver's license.
  • 5 years of automotive repair experience, completion of Vocational-Technical School program, or demonstrated skills.
  • Maintains Federal, State and Local certification/license where applicable.
  • Reading, writing and math skills.
