Accounting Assistant Opportunity

BROOK STREET is seeking an experienced Accounting Assistant to join their Inverness office. As an Accounting Assistant, you will play a vital role in maintaining accurate financial records, processing transactions, and providing excellent customer service.

Key Tasks:

  • Process and reconcile customer accounts, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Review and assess credit applications, making recommendations as necessary.
  • Respond to customer inquiries, resolving issues promptly and professionally.

About the Ideal Candidate:

  • You will possess excellent communication skills and a pleasant phone manner.
  • You will have relevant experience in accounting or bookkeeping, preferably in a similar role.
