Ridge & Partners LLP is seeking an experienced Employers Agent to join our team in Winchester. As an Employers Agent, you will work closely with our multi-disciplinary team to deliver projects for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support client, developer, and contractor meetings, taking and issuing minutes promptly
  • Review drawings and specification proposals from contractors and developers
  • Assist with the compilation of specifications and tender documents
  • Coordinate specialist surveys and tasks required from other project-related consultants
  • Monitor construction projects for planning condition compliance, building control elements, and warranty providers' requirements
  • Prepare and maintain a master programme to record principal activities and identify critical dates
  • Arrange the execution of Contract Documents, Performance Bonds, and Warranties
  • Assist clients with audit information, including schedules of accommodation and floor areas
  • Conduct on-site inspections and pre-handover 'snagging'
  • Track and monitor post-completion defects, liaising with clients' customer care teams

Requirements
