About the Role
Austin Fraser is seeking an experienced Teaching Assistant to join a Key Stage 1 team in Kidderminster. The successful candidate will support the class teacher and contribute to the educational development of pupils with varying abilities.
Key Duties
- Provide academic support to students in Key Stage 1 classes.
- Develop and implement targeted interventions for lower ability, higher ability, and SEND/SEMH pupils.
- Collaborate with the class teacher to plan and deliver lessons.
- Maintain a safe and inclusive learning environment.
Essential Qualifications
- A recognized teaching assistant qualification (Level 3 or 2) or equivalent.
Remuneration
The daily salary for this position is estimated to be between £90-100, aligning with industry standards.
