We are seeking a skilled Registered Mental Health Nurse to join our team at Tezlom, working within a prison in North London. This is a challenging yet rewarding role where no two days are the same.

Key responsibilities include:

  • To assess the health and social care needs of patients and negotiate care plans with patients and staff.
  • To undertake risk assessments and work closely with other departments to ensure all risks are managed.
  • To function within the Integrated Mental Health Team, assessing and treating patients throughout their prison journey.
  • To ensure effective pre-release care planning.

Requirements of the Prison RMN/Nurse:

  • A relevant nursing qualification and active NMC Registration (Mental Health).

  • A second income with weekly pay, every Friday.
  • NMC Revalidation support and guidance.
  • Provided uniforms, ID badges, and timesheets.
  • Excellent pay rates and holidays accumulation for working a certain number of hours.
