About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Computational Biologist to join our team and contribute to the development of a human metabolic network model to investigate T cell ageing. As a part-time Bioinformatician, you will work closely with researchers to perform bioinformatic analysis of multi-omic data, including bulk and CITE-RNAseq, metabolomic and flow cytometric data from healthy and unhealthy aged samples.

About You

To succeed in this role, you will have a strong background in bioinformatics and a proven track record of applying computational methods to complex biological problems. Your expertise in machine learning and data integration will enable you to create a comprehensive model of metabolic T cell ageing. In addition, you will have excellent communication skills and be able to collaborate effectively with researchers and other stakeholders.

The post is based at the Charterhouse Square Campus in London and offers a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic and collaborative research environment. The starting salary will be Grade 4, in the range of £40,223 - £42,405 per annum, depending on experience, inclusive of London Allowance.
