Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Biologist/Operations Team Leader to manage operational aspects of our work on Salmon, Trout, Grayling, and other species. The ideal candidate will have experience in leading conservation and management efforts for fish and fishery resources, improving water quality, and developing education and participation programs for sporting or recreational activities.

Estimated Salary
$60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.

Required Skills and Qualifications
The successful candidate will possess a strong background in biology, ecology, or a related field, with excellent leadership and communication skills. A proven track record in managing operational aspects of fisheries management, conservation, and education programs is essential. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment, are also required.
