Skilled Vehicle Maintenance Technician

At First Bus, we're seeking a skilled engineer to join our team and take their engineering skills to the next level. As a skilled vehicle maintenance technician, you'll be responsible for vehicle fault diagnostics, servicing, and repairs in accordance with First Bus Standard Engineering Operating Procedures.
About the role
- Vehicle fault diagnostics, servicing, and repairs in accordance with First Bus Standard Engineering Operating Procedures
- Compliance with all HS&E legislation and Group Policies
- Maintenance and development of technical skills as required
We'll provide the necessary overalls for you to work safely.
The shift will be a rotating 4 over 7 days, with early and late shifts available.
Hourly Rate: Monday – Friday £22.01 per hour, Saturday – Sunday £23.01 per hour
About you
- Minimum Level 3 NVQ standard qualification and experience with HGV or PSV vehicles
- Flexible approach to working hours
- Aptitude to develop others within an Engineering Team
- Ability to obtain a PCV licence is essential
