Exciting Opportunity for an Orthopaedic Theatre Team Leader

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Orthopaedic Theatre Team Leader to join our dynamic team in Worcester. As a key member of our Theatre Department, you will be responsible for leading a team of skilled staff to provide planned perioperative care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leading a team of skilled staff to provide planned perioperative care
  • Supporting the theatre manager with regular updates and reports
  • Analysing staff and theatre management problems to find solutions
  • Providing specialist advice and expertise to the team and consultants
  • Liaising with consultants regarding planning and special requirements

Requirements:
