We are currently seeking an experienced Technical Author to join our team on a permanent basis.

Main Responsibilities

  • Create and maintain customer-facing operational and technical/installation manuals for our products.
  • Support our customers through various channels, including email, phone calls, and in-person meetings.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement new product features and technologies.

Job Requirements

  • Possess excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Have a strong understanding of audio broadcast mixing equipment and its applications.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in using various software tools and technologies, such as Adobe Creative Cloud and HTML.
