Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Paediatric Nurse to join our expanding enteral nursing service at Fresenius Kabi Ltd.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate and patient-focused individual to work autonomously within the community and hospital setting, supporting our patients and working in partnership with our NHS colleagues.

The successful candidate will have the ability to work independently, manage a caseload, and provide ongoing support in the community for patients, carers, and healthcare professionals.

The estimated salary for this position is £36,584 per annum, plus an annual bonus of £1,126, and a company car/allowance.

The role will involve working as part of a multi-disciplinary team to facilitate safe discharge and ongoing care of enterally fed patients, directly liaising with dietitians and nutritional teams, and providing training to patients, families, and carers.

Key Responsibilities:
