**Responsibilities:**
* Prepare detailed and accurate cost estimates for construction projects.
* Conduct feasibility studies to assess the viability of projects.
* Monitor project costs throughout the lifecycle, ensuring adherence to budgets.
* Prepare tender documentation and manage the tendering process.
* Conduct risk assessments and provide mitigation strategies for cost-related risks.
* Negotiate contracts and payment arrangements with subcontractors and suppliers.
* Evaluate and process project variation orders and claims.
**Requirements:**
* Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field.
* Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor in the construction industry.
* Strong knowledge of cost estimation and financial reporting.
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
* Proficiency in quantity surveying software and Microsoft Office Suite.
* Ability to analyse data and make informed decisions based on cost assessments.
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
