Job Summary

Celeros Flow Technology is seeking a highly skilled Quality Inspector to join our team. As a Quality Inspector, you will be responsible for conducting inspections of pump component parts to ensure they meet the required standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct dimensional inspections of component parts to ensure compliance with engineering drawings and specifications.
  • Record and document component deficiencies via our Non-Conformance Report (NCR) system.
  • Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of complex engineering drawings to ensure accurate dimensional acceptance.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a similar environment or industry, with a strong understanding of metrology equipment and techniques.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Basic knowledge of computers and software applications, with the ability to learn and adapt to new systems.
  • Time-served in a recognized apprenticeship or equivalent SVQ qualification, with a willingness to participate in ongoing training and development.
  • Manufacturing experience, with a strong understanding of Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) awareness.
  • Working knowledge of Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMMs), including FARO, Ferranti, and CMM, as well as Non-Destructive Examination (NDE) processes and qualifications.
