About the Role

We're seeking a skilled Bartender to join our team at Chets, the all-day restaurant at The Hoxton Shepherds Bush. As a Bartender, you'll be responsible for creating a fun and relaxed atmosphere for our guests, crafting expert cocktails, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain a deep knowledge of our beverage menu, including cocktails, beers, and wines
  • Create a welcoming and inclusive environment for guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded
  • Work collaboratively with the rest of the team to maintain a smooth and efficient service
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, applying this knowledge to enhance our beverage offerings
What We're Looking For
  • Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
  • A passion for delivering exceptional customer service and creating memorable experiences
  • Ability to work well under pressure, multitasking and prioritizing tasks with ease
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and guests
