Job Description: We are seeking a qualified and experienced Deputy Manager to join our team at Kingston Noble in Northolt. The successful candidate will have previous experience working with children with emotional and behavioural difficulties (EBD) and possess strong leadership and communication skills.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Support the Registered Manager in the day-to-day running of the service
  • Lead, mentor, and supervise a small team of care staff to ensure high standards of care
  • Ensure that the service operates in compliance with all relevant regulations, including Ofsted standards
  • Develop and implement individual care plans to meet the needs of each young person
  • Take a hands-on approach to the role, working directly with the children and young people
  • Handle safeguarding concerns and risk management, ensuring a safe and nurturing environment

Requirements:

  • Previous experience working with children with emotional and behavioural difficulties (EBD)
  • NVQ Level 3 in Children & Young People or equivalent (Level 5 desirable)
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Knowledge of safeguarding and child protection protocols
  • Passion for working with vulnerable children and creating positive outcomes
