We are seeking an experienced and accomplished Solicitor to lead and grow our highly regarded South Essex Dispute Resolution Team. The ideal candidate will have a strong commercial litigation background and the ability to deliver high-quality advice and excellent client service.

The Dispute Resolution Team provides practical advice to companies, businesses, and individuals on the best way of resolving a wide range of disputes, including contractual claims, debt collection, property disputes, and professional negligence claims.

The successful candidate will have experience in developing and leading a team, with excellent technical knowledge, a proven track record of success, and a desire to play a key role in the future development of the team. They will be well-supported in developing their own caseload and career.

As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work with a highly driven team, committed to delivering exceptional client service and developing professional relationships. You will be responsible for managing the team and leading its marketing and business development, with support from the members of the team and our dedicated business development and marketing team.

The role is an excellent opportunity for progression, with a full-time position based in our Chelmsford office and the opportunity for some working from home.
