About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Senior Care Assistant to join our team at Barchester Healthcare. As a Senior Care Assistant, you will be responsible for supervising and inspiring a team of dedicated Care Assistants, supporting the clinical team in areas such as medication, assessments, care plans, and care reviews. You will work closely with the Deputy General Manager to ensure the delivery of quality, person-centred care to our residents, respecting their dignity and preferences, and contributing to a positive and vibrant environment.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will need to have an NVQ Level 3 or Advanced Diploma in Health & Social Care, as well as specific knowledge of clinical care for the elderly. You will be a warm-hearted, compassionate, and committed individual who is dedicated to giving each resident individualised care and support.
