Join Our Team as a Trusts and Foundations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Trusts and Foundations Manager to join our team at Ashby Jenkins Recruitment. As a specialist charity recruitment agency, we are passionate about matching candidates with the most suitable roles in the not-for-profit sector.

About the Role

This is a new post that will play a key part in our 2024-2029 strategy to increase funds raised for both appeals and the Secretariat's core costs. As a Trusts and Foundations Manager, you will be responsible for prospecting, developing engagement, and retaining relationships with trusts and foundations, in line with our charity's mission and strategy, and core cost fundraising targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Proven track record of securing five and six-figure donations from trusts and foundations.
  • Experience of successfully executing cultivation plans and retaining positive, key relationships with charitable trusts and foundations.
  • Proven financial acumen to comfortably evaluate financial information and manage budgets, with strong attention to detail in analysing data to write coherent reports.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of £40,000 and a full-time, 3-year fixed-term contract. You will also have the opportunity to work in a flexible environment, with a London office requiring only 2 days of attendance per month.
