Senior Employment Lawyer

We are seeking a highly qualified Senior Employment Lawyer to join our in-house legal team at LHH Recruitment Solutions. As a Senior Employment Lawyer, you will work closely with our leadership team to provide expert legal advice on all aspects of employment law, including recruitment, policies and procedures, managing internal processes, restructuring, redundancy, and employment tribunal litigation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive legal advice on employment law matters, ensuring compliance with UK employment regulations and standards.
  • Advise on corporate support matters, with a focus on employment-related issues during mergers and acquisitions, TUPE transfers, and organisational change.
  • Draft and review employment-related contracts, policies, and documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Work collaboratively with HR, management, and other legal teams to manage risks and provide proactive legal guidance to support the company's business objectives.

About the Role:

  • UK Qualified Solicitor with a minimum of four years PQE in employment law.
  • Experience working in-house or at a top-ranked law firm.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present complex legal issues in a clear, concise, and commercially-minded manner.
  • Proven track record of advising on UK employment law, from recruitment through to tribunal litigation.

What We Offer:

  • Competitive salary of £70,000 - £95,000 per annum (DOE), plus car allowance and excellent bonus scheme.
