Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Software Development Expert to join our team at Talent Solutions Network. As a key member of our squad, you will be responsible for designing and developing digital products that meet the needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and Develop Digital Products: You will be responsible for designing and developing digital products that meet the needs of our clients. This will involve working closely with our cross-functional team to understand client requirements and develop solutions that meet their needs.
  • Lead by Example: As a Software Development Expert, you will be expected to lead by example and help build a high-performance team culture. This will involve coaching and mentoring junior engineers, providing feedback and guidance, and helping to drive the development of our team's skills and expertise.
  • Drive Features and Improvements: You will be responsible for driving features and improvements to our production environment. This will involve working closely with our tribe's architectural governance team to ensure that our solutions are scalable, maintainable, and meet the needs of our clients.
  • Provide Advice and Feedback: As a Software Development Expert, you will be expected to provide advice and feedback on proposed architecture and design decisions. This will involve working closely with our team to ensure that our solutions are aligned with our company's goals and objectives.
  • Support Platforms and Services: You will be responsible for supporting our platforms and services in production. This will involve responding to change failures and fixing issues in a timely and efficient manner.

Requirements:

  • 3+ Years of Proven Software Development Experience: You will need to have at least 3 years of proven software development experience, with a strong track record of delivering high-quality solutions.
  • Building and Running Enterprise-Scale Web Applications: You will need to have experience building and running enterprise-scale web applications in production.
  • Leading the Development of Systems and/or Major New Features: You will need to have experience leading the development of systems and/or major new features in Java.
  • Providing Constructive Feedback, Mentorship, and Coaching: You will need to have experience providing constructive feedback, mentorship, and coaching to colleagues.
  • Good Knowledge of Design Patterns: You will need to have a good knowledge of design patterns and be able to apply them in a practical context.
