Key Responsibilities:- Monitor stock levels to ensure sufficient inventory.
- Collaborate with Marketing to agree on sales forecasts.
- Set purchase forecasts in line with sales forecasts and fulfilment timescales.
- Proactively chase orders as required.
- Manage relationships and service levels with pre-wholesalers.
- Provide reports and information for colleagues both in the UK and at Corporate level.
- Communicate logistics issues effectively.
- Manage the UK logistics mailbox, ensuring prompt response to incoming emails.
- Conduct monthly rolling forecasts and weekly SAP uploads.
- Collate incoming paperwork for new stock deliveries.
- Generate monthly reports on stock issues.
- Organise and present at monthly demand review meetings.
- Liaise with Finance regarding stock quantities, orders, claims, deliveries, and destructions.
- Attention to detail and a focus on accuracy.
- Organised with the ability to work independently and prioritise workload.
- Adaptability to carry out a variety of tasks.
- Quick learner, able to understand new information and skills.
- Efficiency in focusing on objectives and allocating time appropriately.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and influencing skills.
- Self-starter with a 'can do' approach and a positive outlook.
- Proven track record of achievement and performance.
- Experience with stock management.
- Familiarity with an ERP system is beneficial but not essential.
