About the Job: As an Aerospace Training Specialist, you will be conducting technical training courses for aerospace engineers worldwide. The role requires a strong background in engineering, aerospace, or aeronautics, with experience in diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining complex aerospace equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and deliver comprehensive training programs for field service engineers, technical support staff, and armed forces personnel.
  • Develop and maintain instructional materials, including training manuals, guides, and presentations.
  • Maintain a high level of subject matter expertise through ongoing professional development and research.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., engineering, aerospace, aeronautics).
  • At least 5 years of experience in technical training, preferably in aerospace or related fields.
  • Proven ability to work effectively with diverse groups, including engineers, technicians, and military personnel.
