**Job Description:**

Sanyuk is seeking a highly skilled Financial Director to lead its finance team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving the company's financial strategy and ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of financial reports.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting principles, financial analysis, budgeting, and financial reporting. They must also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

**Responsibilities:**

  • Lead the annual audit and prepare tax documents (VAT Return, Corporation Tax, Personal Tax etc)
  • Maintain accurate and timely accounting records sufficient to comply with internal and external reporting purposes
  • Conduct quarterly VAT submissions and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and deadlines
  • Prepare and submit annual accounts and financial statements, working closely with external auditors and liaising with external accountants / HMRC as needed
  • Oversee day-to-day accounting activities within all depots

**Requirements:**

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
  • Fully ACA/CA/ACCA qualified
  • Minimum 5 years' experience working in a finance leadership role within construction industry

**Estimated Salary:** £70,000 - £90,000 per annum.
