Job Description

ROLE: Mechanical Design Engineer

TERM: Permanent

We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Design Engineer to join our team on a permanent basis. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical engineering and experience with CAD software such as SolidWorks, Inventor, and Creo.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop mechanical components and systems using CAD software
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement design solutions
  • Conduct design reviews and ensure compliance with design standards and regulations
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation and reports
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in mechanical engineering
Requirements:
  • HNC / HND / BTEC / NVQ / Degree qualified in Mechanical Engineering or similar
  • At least 3 years' experience in a similar Design Engineering / CAD Operation position
  • Proficient in 3D CAD software and MS Office
  • Ability to work well alone and as part of a small team
