  • The successful candidate will have a strong background in automotive repair, with a valid MOT license and accreditation provided as part of their training.
  • Bonus is paid on labour sales, providing an added incentive to excel in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain motor vehicles to the highest standard through effective maintenance, service, and repair activities.
  • Carry out routine checks and inspections to identify potential issues before they become major problems.
  • Use diagnostic equipment to accurately diagnose faults and develop effective repair strategies.
  • Work closely with colleagues and management to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency.
  • Develop and maintain accurate records of diagnosis, work completed, and components used to adhere to industry standards.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices to continuously improve performance and meet customer expectations.
Requirements:
  • Hold a qualified NVQ level 3 (or equivalent) in automotive repair or a related field.
  • Have at least 2 years' experience working in a Dealership as a Technician (or similar).
  • Possess excellent customer service skills to deliver a first-class experience.
  • Demonstrate good technical knowledge to efficiently complete tasks.
  • Hold a valid Driving License to travel between locations.
  • Show the ability to work independently without supervision while maintaining high-quality results.
  • Take ownership of the quality and quantity of your work to consistently meet and exceed expectations.
