Job SummaryWe are seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team based at Manton Wood near Worksop, supporting various vacancies within our factory and warehouse teams. The successful candidate will be responsible for facilitating the recruitment process, initiating and maintaining a network of contacts, and gathering and inputting candidate and recruitment data.
Key Responsibilities- Facilitate the recruitment process through job posting, screening candidates, scheduling interviews, and offering roles to expediently fill vacancies in a timely and cost-sensitive manner.
- Initiate and maintain a network of contacts to help identify potential candidates for immediate roles.
- Support hiring managers and HR teams ensuring they have the right materials to conduct a consistent and fair selection process.
